SLS is a Bread Improver designed for High Volume Breads mainly used by Bakeries in Africa.

  • Ingredients – Combination of Enzymes, Antioxidant (INS 300), Carriers.
  • Storage – Store in cool and dry place.
  • Shelf Life – Best before 1 year from date of Manufacturing.
  • Packaging – 5 gram Pouch – 100 of them in a box making it a 500 gram box.
  • Physical Appearance – Light Yellow coloured powder.
