SLS is a Bread Improver designed for High Volume Breads mainly used by Bakeries in Africa.
- Ingredients – Combination of Enzymes, Antioxidant (INS 300), Carriers.
- Storage – Store in cool and dry place.
- Shelf Life – Best before 1 year from date of Manufacturing.
- Packaging – 5 gram Pouch – 100 of them in a box making it a 500 gram box.
- Physical Appearance – Light Yellow coloured powder.
